Hi and welcome to this issue of WRITTEN THOUGHTS!
This issue should be a rough review of the past month, which I enjoyed a lot. It was a month full of good vibes and great opportunities. This is not always the case, so let’s talk and celebrate it! 🎈
Unpopular, but we have to talk about it — The most unwelcome and boring task was to do my first tax equalization report since I have self-employed in 2022. Knowing how it works out and being able to do it on my own is something I really wanted, but it's no secret that I would love to outsource this task in the future. But hey, now it’s done for this year! Yayy!
Now that I celebrated this, let’s get to the exciting stuff…
First, I really want to thank Carlos for supporting me so much! He gave me the chance to come with him for a big shot for Atomic, to assist him. For me, it was so valuable and inspiring to see him, the film crew, and basically, everyone who was involved working together to get the vision to life.
Here are some behind the scene images to get a better feeling for what I’m talking about.
CIPRA is publishing its SzeneAlpen magazine in multiple languages along the Alps, and one of their next topics will focus on mobility in the Alps. For the cover, they needed an image that represents mobility / transportation / movement, and I got the great chance to fill their need.
As I love being creative with movement / slow shutter, it was so much fun to go out and search for moments that fit the topic.
And last but not least, I was very proud to see one of my pictures used on the new booth for the company Schlafmanufaktur. Working closely together in the future excites me a lot because I can so much relate to their philosophy.
