Love your style on the portraiture. Did you find it nerve wracking when you first started shooting portraits, as in did you find it difficult to connect with your subject etc?
I find it overwhelming sometimes being right there with the person/subject.
When I started, the last thing I could think of was photographing a person.
It took me some time to get comfortable, mostly through practicing and understanding what a person in front of the camera needs to feel comfortable as well.
Now, a few years later, most of my work is around people, and these are the photographs I connect the most with.
